For Researchers - Interviews and Questionnaires
Baseline Interview Eligibility
All participants enrolled in HR/CSC were eligible for the HR/CSC baseline general questionnaire. Interview priority was given to participants with a new cancer diagnosis that corresponded with a cancer-specific questionnaire (see questionnaire list below).

Conducting Interviews
HR/CSC aimed to conduct the first interview with newly enrolled participants within 2 weeks of enrollment. Interviews may have been conducted over the phone or in-person on the day of a clinic visit. The baseline general interview took approximately 45 minutes and the cancer-specific interview took about 15 minutes to complete.
